Nurse Tech
Assists nurses in the inpatient hospital setting with procedural tasks, ADLs, vital signs, and general patient care. Education requirements include a High School Diploma or GED as well as completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant Program or one semester of nursing school.
Nurse Tech Trainee
Saint Francis has partnered with Tulsa Tech to provide CNA training to those interested in working as a Nurse Tech at Saint Francis. This is a three (3) week training role which includes classroom instruction and guided/hands-on clinical experiences. Upon successful completion of the SFH Nurse Technician Training course, the trainee will transfer into a Nurse Tech role. The next class will be offered January 8th – 29th.
Scrub Tech
Assists physician and/or registered nurse during all procedures and is responsible for the care and disinfection of instruments. Education requirement is a High School Diploma or GED.
Medical Assistant
Assists providers in the outpatient clinic setting with exams, procedures, treatments, and care coordination. Education requirements include a High School Diploma or GED as well as completion of an approved Medical Assistant program or 1 year related experience within the last 5 years.
Phlebotomist
Performs venipunctures, arterial punctures, and capillary sampling to obtain blood samples for laboratory testing. Enters orders for testing and accessions specimens in the computer system. Education requirement is a High School Diploma or GED. Classroom training in phlebotomy is preferred but not required.
Nurse Tech

Patient Account Representative
Performs clerical billing to ensure that patient accounts are processed in a manner that results in prompt and accurate payment. Education requirements include a High School Diploma or GED as well as 1-2 years of relevant experience.

The event will take place in the Education Center at Saint Francis Hospital, located at the intersection of 61st and Yale.
