Where to Go
The event will take place in the Grand Ballroom at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Tulsa – Warren Place, across from Saint Francis Hospital at 6110 S. Yale Avenue.
Free parking is available in the garage on the east side of the hotel (you may receive a ticket upon entry, but you will not be charged upon exit). From the garage take the elevator to the main level, follow the signs to the lobby, then take the escalator downstairs to the event space. Our staff will be in the lobby to assist with directions.
