Home Care Technician: Deliver, set up and educate patients on proper use of medical equipment in a home or facility setting.  On call rotation required.

Intake Representative:  Serves as the initial patient contact and coordinates all functions of the intake process for patients to receive necessary medical equipment in a timely manner. On call rotation required.

Patient Account Representative: Performs billing responsibilities to ensure that patient accounts are processed in a manner that results in prompt and accurate payment. Acts as a liaison between Patient Account Services, physician offices, clinical areas, patients and third party carriers.
